Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nightlife Vietnam website (nightlifevietnam.com) and the Nightlife Vietnam mobile app (together, the "Service"). By using the Service — with or without an account — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Nightlife Vietnam is a discovery platform for nightlife venues, events and deals in Vietnam. Browsing venue information is free and does not require an account. Account-based features include requesting table reservations, saving favorites, writing reviews and receiving notifications. Reservations made through the Service are free requests for in-person visits; the venue confirms availability. No payment is taken through the Service.

Many venues listed on the Service serve alcohol. You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (18 or older in Vietnam) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by contacting us; deletion permanently removes your account and associated personal data.

You may submit content such as reviews, ratings and profile information ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as part of operating the Service.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, misleading (including fake reviews), spam, or that infringes anyone's rights.

We moderate User Content and act on reports within 24 hours: content that violates these rules is removed, and users who post it may be suspended or permanently banned. In the app you can report any review or post (flag icon) and block users whose content you do not want to see.

You agree not to: misuse, disrupt or overload the Service; access it with automated tools; attempt to access other users' data; circumvent security or access controls; impersonate any person; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Venue information, opening hours, events and deals are provided by venues or gathered from public sources and may change without notice. We do our best to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it. A booking request is a request only: the venue decides whether to confirm. Any agreement about your visit (including prices at the venue) is between you and the venue.

Venue owners and their staff may access additional tools (managing listings, posting events and deals, handling bookings and check-ins). Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they publish. Optional paid promotional plans for venues are agreed separately with our team outside the Service and are governed by their own terms.

The Service, including its design, branding, text, and software, is owned by Nightlife Vietnam or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service except as allowed by these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nightlife Vietnam is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything that happens during your visit to a venue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
