Pasta Fresca was established in 2016 by two young Italian F&B professionals. Federico and Valerio. It first appears in Thao Dien in a tiny size, where the two founders were working together, professionally serving the freshest and tastiest food. Only starters, pasta, desserts and of course wine! The first Italian restaurant in Saigon offering the chance to combine your favorite fresh pasta to any of your favorites, among our selections of, homemade sauces. This became the signature of Pasta Fresca Saigon.
