A restaurant has the traditional technique of making Edo-mae sushi with a history of nearly 300 years. Seasonal fresh fishes are aged, marinated with vinegar and kelp, or marinated in special soy sauce and then boiled. Using Edo-mae techniques, we carefully prepare each piece of sushi, so you can enjoy the natural flavors of our unique dishes to the fullest.
